Last year we threw a funky mixed culture in several kegs of our Pumpkin Batch and let it set for 10 months.
The result? A funked up pumpkin ale! This beer is pleasantly sour with a backdrop of pumpkin spices that reminds one of the classic Applejack Cider.
We are so pleased with the results we plan on doing this to other beers in the future!
