Description
Take a half bushel of fresh Porter peaches. Bake them for an hour to bring out the intense peach flavors. Take the juice that’s eked out of the peaches, reduce to ¼ of the volume and mix with the peaches. Puree, then blend with our house Gose, and a touch of agave to sweeten the pot.
