Ella is from our Saison Solera project. This beer is a blend of older and newer batches, aged in Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces.

The name is an homage to our Granddaughter, who we often refer to as having a lot of that “Brett” Character. You know what we are talking about… funky, unpredictable, ornery.
